An innovative technology company is seeking an Advanced Cyber Security Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, investigating support cases, and deploying customer environments while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science, 3+ years of cyber security experience, and knowledge in networking and scripting. Formación

  • 3 years of experience in a cyber security position.
  • Experience with web applications and .Net applications.

Responsabilidades

  • Investigating support cases and performing root cause analysis.
  • Deploying and managing customer production environments.
  • Collaborating with R&D engineers on technical issues.
  • Installing and upgrading system components.
  • Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.

As an Advanced Cyber Sec Archt/Engr here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will be hands‑on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats and acting as the subject matter expert for technical challenges. The support engineer will oversee successfully deploying and supporting Honeywell’s cyber solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities
  • Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering indepth solutions.
  • Deploying and managing customer production environments.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers and product management.
  • Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
  • Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a cyber security position
  • Knowledge in networking.
  • Knowledge in IT.
  • Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Python.
  • Working with Linux, Unix.
  • Experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat.
  • Experience in customer support
