Una empresa de automatización y tecnología clave busca un Arquitecto/Ingeniero de Seguridad Cibernética Avanzado para liderar el diseño y la implementación de soluciones de ciberseguridad de vanguardia. Los candidatos deben tener un título en Ciencias de la Computación o experiencia equivalente, al menos 3 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad y conocimientos en redes y IT. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno innovador, protegiendo activos críticos y gestionando incidentes técnicos.

Formación

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición de ciberseguridad.
• Experiencia trabajando con aplicaciones web, servicios web, aplicaciones .NET y Apache Tomcat.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar casos de soporte y ofrecer soluciones profundas.
• Desplegar y gestionar entornos de producción para clientes.
• Tomar responsabilidad por problemas técnicos colaborando con ingenieros e gerentes de cuenta.

Our top-class cyber support team seeks dedicated, energetic people to deploy and support Honeywell's solutions worldwide, working with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction.

You will protect critical assets and lead incident response, driving technical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions.
• Deploying and managing customer production environments.
• Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers, and product management.
• Installing and upgrading system components in both development and production environments.
• Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity position.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Knowledge of IT.
• Proficiency in scripting, Perl, VB, and Python.
• Experience working with Linux and Unix.
• Experience with web applications, web services, .NET applications, and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience in customer support.
