A technology services partner located in Veracruz, Mexico, is looking for an Office Administrator to support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate has experience in office administration, finance-oriented skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel, along with a good command of English. Key responsibilities include managing supplier lists, developing archives, and overseeing the corporate purchasing process, making this role essential in ensuring effective administrative support within the company's operations. Remote work options are available.

Formación

Responsibilities :
  • Dealing with supplier reference lists
  • Handling administrative requests from employees, being the reference for finance, employee services and administrative area
  • Developing and maintaining an archiving system for company documents validating with legal
  • Managing outsourced service contracts and recurring costs of the offices, such as energy consumption, condominium and rent costs, emergency maintenance costs, among others.
  • Responsible for the corporate purchasing process in MX
  • Purchasing capex and small equipment according to the purchasing policy and process, and preparation and delivery to the employees
  • Managing with employees the hardware problems (software, connections is supported by BR IT help desk team)
  • Ensuring asset control and proper identification, and support the contracting of asset insurance
  • Executing some of Employee Services activities in order to support RH and employees at all
  • Supporting finance team's needs with the bank and other entities, as well as with our partner suppliers (CTI and KOL)
Requirements :
  • Experience in office administration
