About the Role: The client is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative tasks. This is an entry‑level position with a focus on data entry and administrative support, such as Excel, Word and attending to phone calls. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts including invoice tracking and basic reconciliation.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
  • Learn and operate the company’s CRM for record management.
  • Organize and maintain files using the company’s shared OneDrive system.
  • Make and receive follow‑up calls to vendors, clients, or internal team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records when doing data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with basic knowledge of admin-related tasks, tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, including CRMs and purchase order systems.
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in shared cloud storage (OneDrive) and Excel, Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
