• Procurement or A/P process knowledge required.
• Capital project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for processing invoices for payment.
• Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage purchase payment instructions.
• Resolve purchase order and receipt discrepancies.
• Provide training to field users on purchasing and invoice payment processes.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field
