A leading accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Specialist to cover maternity leave with potential for permanent placement. In this role, you will implement ERP (Netsuite Oracle), manage accounting records, and produce monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5–7 years of related experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Formación

  • 5-7 years of bookkeeping experience is required.

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for various transactions.

The Accounting Specialist mission:

This roll initially arises from the need to cover maternity leave, with the opportunity to join our team at the end of this period. We are in the final phase of the implementation of an ERP (Netsuite Oracle) in which you will be involved. Supporting with the daily activities that affect the accounting records and to be able to generate the financial statements on a monthly basis and to be able to reduce reporting times.

The expected outcomes:
  1. Perform monthly expense analysis
  2. Segregate the paymentlog on a monthly basis
  3. Perform operations records, as released by the areas involved (expense and cost provisions, record of payments to suppliers, record of payroll, record of investments, bank commissions and bank interest, to mention a few).
