Una empresa de productos de consumo en Ciudad de México busca un Analista de Contabilidad para brindar soporte al equipo de contabilidad, asegurando el registro preciso de transacciones financieras y asistencia en cierres mensuales. Se requiere licenciatura en contabilidad y conocimientos intermedios de inglés. Ofrecemos un entorno de trabajo inclusivo y la oportunidad de impactar a nivel global.

Formación

• 1-2 años de experiencia relevante en posición similar.
• Excel avanzado, tablas dinámicas y bases de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Asistir en el cierre mensual.
• Realizar conciliaciones contables mensuales.
• Contribuir a simplificar procesos y disminuir el trabajo manual.
• Documentar procesos actuales y futuros.
• Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para auditorías.

Conocimientos contables sólidos

Como Analista de Contabilidad en BIC , brindarás soporte al equipo de contabilidad en operaciones diarias, asegurando el registro preciso de transacciones financieras, apoyo en conciliaciones, y documentación para cierres mensuales y auditorías.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monthly closing assistance
• Monthly accounting reconciliations for Balance accounts:
• Current local legal entities: 3
• Accounts in average to reconcile: up to 300
• Report of financial statements to the Group:
• Current PL reporting business lines: 11
• Current Balance reporting entities: 3
• Contribute to simplifying process and decreasing manual work
• Document the current and to be processes
• Collaborate with internal and external teams0020to support the internal and external audit processes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Solid accounting knowledge
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar position
• English (intermediate)
• Office Software (mainly Excel, dynamic tables, data basis)
• ERP basic knowledge
