We are seekingนอ a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team within the Delivery Excellence platform. The successful candidate will have 1015 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring that all applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and user experience.

This role involves strategic planning, hands‑on testing leadership, automation strategy, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The QA Manager will play a key role in establishing scalable testing frameworks, defining quality metrics and integrating GenAI‑powered tools to enhance test coverage, accuracy, and speed.

Key Role Information:

1015 years experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Engineering.

Experience in Automated testing (UI/API) QA strategy and frameworks — Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, ADO, CI/CD integration, test case management, QA metrics, Agile testing, strong communication and leadership skills, Experience in Performance testing (JMeter), GenAI test automation tools (e.g., Co-Pilot GPT‑assisted testing), accessibility and usability testing, exposure to Azure cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Leadership

Lead the design, development and execution of a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with platform goals.

Define and maintain quality standards, best practices and metrics across projects.

Manage and mentor QA engineers driving continuous skill development and cross‑team collaboration.

Partner with Product Engineering and DevOps to integrate QA practices seamlessly into the SDLC.

Promote a culture of early testing, continuous feedback, and quality ownership across teams.

Automation Framework Development & Management

Architect, implement and maintain scalable, maintainable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for continuous validation.

Ensure coverage of end‑to‑end regression, smoke and integration tests.

Evaluate and onboard GenAIcodigo‑assisted QA tools to optimize test author « Maintenance and defect analysis.

Quality Planning Execution & Optimization

Oversee planning and execution of all testing types: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure features meet Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria.

Analyze defects and test outcomes to identify patterns and drive systemic quality improvements.

Define release readiness criteria, enforce validation across environments (INT, Stage, Prod), and manage sign‑offs.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Engineering Leads to ensure quality is built into every release.

Communicate QA status, risk, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders through concise dashboards and reports.

(EXIT) Participate actively in agile ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, demos) to ensure testing aligns with sprint goals.

Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to support rapid delivery without compromising quality.

Tools Technologies & Continuous Improvement

Evaluate and maintain testing tools, frameworks, and environments in alignment with platform standards.

Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in test automation, DevOps, and AI‑driven QA. произоши

Continuously refine processes to improve testing efficiency, coverage and reliability.

Conduct post‑release QA retrospectives to capture lessons learned and improve future releases.

Risk Management & Governance

Identify quality risks early in the development cycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and accessibility requirements.

Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defect resolution for full auditability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Software Testing Leadership.

Strong hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Postman.

Proficiency in test planning, execution, and reporting for agile and DevOps delivery models.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration into modern build processes.

Strong understanding of microservices architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, and asynchronous system testing.

Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and APM tools (e.g., DataDog, New Relic).

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience leading distributed QA teams in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java).

Travel Requirements Up to 20%
