VML is seeking a talented Strategic Planner for our Milan office.

As a Strategic Planner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of integrated communication strategies for our clients, from market analysis to KPI definition.
• Collaborating with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
• Presenting strategies to clients and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitoring campaign performance and implementing necessary optimizations.
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the agency's growth.

What we are looking for:

• At least 4 years of experience in strategic roles within communication agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the media landscape and market trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• A passion for innovation and creativity.
