The ideal candidate should analyze customer demand accurately and lead transverse processes for operational breakthroughs. Responsibilities include improving forecast accuracy, working with various functional teams, and addressing demand-related issues effectively. Strong communication skills and a Master's degree in a relevant field are essential for this role, as well as 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning management within relevant industries.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning management within manufacturing or retail industries.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes at regional and global levels.

Mansioni

• Analyse results of forecast calculated by statistical model to improve demand forecasting.
• Meet with functional area managers to review strategies related to planning.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
