After an initial training period, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, setting up, optimizing, installing, start-up, and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' facilities. You will operate mainly from your home office within the Northern Italy region, with administrative support from our regional assistant. You will report to the Service Manager Italy, based in Milan. This entry-level position offers significant challenges and has a direct impact on our business results and growth opportunities. It’s a unique chance to join a dynamic organization, combining your technical skills and interpersonal abilities to support our customers.

• Responsibilities
• Travel regularly within Italy to troubleshoot issues, install, or upgrade Husky products at customer sites.
• Execute and follow up on customer visits, creating reports of work performed and sharing them with customers and Husky representatives.
• Provide advice or lead training sessions to promote Husky’s products and services.

You should be a self-starter who values customer satisfaction and can serve as an ambassador for our core values.

• Qualifications
• Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC controls and automated industrial systems.
• Proactive troubleshooting skills and focus on proper procedures.
• Good time management and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and enjoy frequent travel.
• Experience in field service and injection molding systems is advantageous.
• Language skills in English and Italian.
