We’re looking for an expert Infrastructure & Security Manager ready to take on the challenge of managing and evolving the IT backbone of a fast-paced pharmaceutical retail network. You’ll be the go-to expert for systems, servers, and store-level technologies, ensuring performance, reliability.

Our expert will :

• Maintain scalable and resilient IT infrastructures to support a large network of retail pharmacies and digital channels.
• Lead and support on modernization projects, including cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Monitor and optimize performance of core systems (ERP, POS, e-commerce, WMS).
• Support deployment of corporate solution in term of advanced protection tools (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management).
• Implement cybersecurity strategies in alignment with the group and with pharmaceutical regulations and GDPR.
• Handle security incidents and ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning.
• Support internal and external audits
• Lead internal technical teams and coordinate external vendors.
• Manage contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with technology partners of his area.
• Control Budget and cost for his area.
• Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or healthcare environments or international companies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Availability for on-call support during critical pharmacy or warehouse hours (e.g., weekends, evenings).
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (on-premise, Azure cloud, networking, virtualization).
• Deep Knowledge on Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS)
• Usage and configuration of Service Management tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring and backup solutions (Zabbix, Robocopy)
• Knowledge of integration platform (file transfer management)
• Fluent in English
