A global healthcare company is seeking a Compliance Manager for its operations in Italy, Malta, and Israel. The role involves overseeing compliance with local and international laws, managing dealer compliance activities, and promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in law or business administration, with proven compliance experience and fluency in Italian and English. Strong analytical and project management skills are critical to succeed in this position. This is a full-time role based in Turbigo.
The Compliance Manager and Dealer Compliance Manager for Italy Malta and Israel will serve as the primary point of contact within the GE HealthCare business for all general compliance and dealer compliance-related matters arising in those countries. As Compliance Manager this person will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the compliance framework within IMI ensuring adherence to all applicable local and international laws, internal policies and industry codes with a particular focus on Legislative Decree 231/2001. As Dealer Compliance Manager this person will undertake a variety of compliance activities related to the company’s network of distributors, resellers and other channel partners in IMI including due diligence processes, assigning and tracking completion of compliance training and managing onboarding and renewals. As a member of the broader GE HealthCare International Compliance Team this person will be expected to embody and promote GE HealthCare’s commitment always to act with the highest integrity. This role will report to the Compliance Manager for Northern and Eastern Europe and will have a dotted line to the General Manager for Italy Malta and Israel.
