For Mazzoleni Trafilerie Bergamasche Spa, a historic company in Bergamo active in wire drawing, heat treatments, and coatings of steel wires, we are seeking:

• Coordinate technical services to ensure full operational efficiency of the production site.
• Manage maintenance activities, including routine, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance of plants, machinery, and equipment.
• Report to plant management and oversee internal teams and external contractors.
• Assist in planning the installation of new machinery and equipment.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good manual skills and proficiency with hand tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Preferably a degree in mechatronics or related field.
• Additional qualities include dynamism, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.

Direct employment, indefinite contract under CCNL Metalmeccanica industria, salary commensurate with experience, production bonus, and canteen service.

Full-time day shift.
