Responsibilities:
- Payment Management: Review and complete all corporate payments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Ensure timely processing.
- Contract Reviewing: Conduct thorough contract reviews from a financial perspective, focusing on cash inflow and outflow.
- Financial Reporting: Perform monthly accounting postings and closures, and prepare related reports upon request.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, submit monthly financial forecasts, and perform variance analyses as needed.
- Financial Document Management: Maintain financial records in accordance with local tax laws and company policies.
- Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities for timely tax filings and compliance; review local tax returns for accuracy; support tax audits and resolve issues.
- Audit and Internal Controls: Assist in audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal standards.
- Other financial duties as assigned, including providing updates and reports to management, coordinating with banks and departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field.
- Familiarity with local accounting standards, proficient in Excel and office software; SAP experience preferred; ACCA or local CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, SOP summarization skills, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese language skills preferred but not required.
