An international education organization is seeking a People & Culture Manager in Brescia, Italy to oversee HR services across multiple campuses. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, support staff relocation, and ensure compliance with local laws. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, fluency in Italian and English, and relevant HR experience. ICS Milan is looking for a People & Culture Manager responsible to deliver high quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and rewarding work environment.
The People & Culture Manager at ICS Milan acts as a trusted point of reference for all teaching and non‑teaching staff with empathy and discretion.
Reporting directly to Head of School and to the People & Culture Manager Italy, this HR professional would combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys "doing" as much as "guiding," and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced multicultural environment, has strong interpersonal communication skills and is proficient in English language.
