The People & Culture Manager at ICS Milan acts as a trusted point of reference for all teaching and non‑teaching staff with empathy and discretion.
Reporting directly to Head of School and to the People & Culture Manager Italy, this HR professional would combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on, operational mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys "doing" as much as "guiding," and thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced multicultural environment, has strong interpersonal communication skills and is proficient in English language.
