Site Relationship Lead for Clinical Trials
Job summary
A global Contract Research Organization is seeking a Site Relationship Manager to cover multiple indications within Italy. The ideal candidate will facilitate optimal clinical trial setup, forge strong relationships with sites, and ensure compliance with regulations. They will also oversee CRO activities and engage in proactive problem-solving. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and extensive clinical research experience, particularly in neurology and endocrinology. This is a permanent or freelance opportunity around 0.9 FTE, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Research Associate, Monitor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate optimal clinical trial setup and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site personnel.
- Identify and mitigate site-level issues proactively.
