A prominent corporate entity in Italy seeks a Legal Specialist to handle contract management and provide legal advice across departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, strong contract law expertise, and be fluent in Italian and English. This position demands strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative spirit in a dynamic environment.
Competenze
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant legal experience in corporate legal or law firm.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Experience with agency or commercial lease contracts is a plus.
Mansioni
- Support and manage contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance and risk management.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters.
Conoscenze
We are looking for a Legal Specialist who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.
- Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
