Job summary
A global Support-as-a-Service leader is seeking a Chat Support Consultant to provide high-quality customer support in crypto trading. This role offers flexibility with a fully remote schedule and the chance to thrive in a multicultural environment. Ideal candidates are native Italian speakers with C1-level English and at least 6 months of live chat support experience.
