Sales Area Manager Central Europe, Turkey and Egypt
The successful candidate will have territory responsibility over the Central Europe, Turkeyand Egypt by managing our existing dealer network and by looking for new business opportunities. This position reports directly to the Business Line Manager Equipment, but also refers to the Business Line Manager Service.
- Sales experience with technical products.
- Know-how about industry environment.
- Solid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relations.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training to distributor staff.
- Experience in sales territory management.
- Experience on developing new channels and markets.
- Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French will be a plus)
- Strong IT skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Driving license.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in working life (Engineering or any Technical Degree is a plus).
- Have excellent negotiation and communication skills (listening, influencing, persuading).
- Hunting profile to develop new business.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality in daily operation.
- Competent and self- confident; ability to maintain effectiveness.
- Open for new experiences, with strong sense responsibility, and accountability
- Ability to work remotely and independent.
- Ability to travel to the Sales Region for at least 50% of effective working time.
