Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Go Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience to join our growing team. As part of our remote-first company, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals across the globe to design and build robust, scalable SaaS solutions that transform the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Go-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure reliability and stability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
• Work effectively in a fully remote setup, adhering to EU time zone working hours.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, or similar role with experience in both backend and frontend technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Proficiency in Go technologies, and practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures including REST and JSON.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
