Requirements:

Are you the Organic Content Architect we need?

Must-Have Experience:

• 2+ years in organic scriptwriting, especially for YouTube long-form videos.
• A storytelling genius with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Expertise in optimizing scripts for retention and engagement.
• Strong research skills to structure scripts on any topic.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• A portfolio of successful video scripts, preferably viral.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with channels that achieved sustained growth.
• Helping brands launch and scale on YouTube.
• Knowledge of YouTube & IG SEO and discoverability strategies.
• Experience writing other formats like blogs or newsletters.
