Job summary
Un'azienda di consulenza IT cerca un Incident Manager per garantire la stabilità e la risoluzione rapida delle problematiche infrastrutturali. Richiesti 5+ anni di esperienza e competenze nei contesti Enterprise. La posizione è full remote, con tariffa giornaliera da € 200 a € 220. La persona deve essere disponibile a coprire due settimane di reperibilità al mese. È necessaria la conoscenza della lingua italiana.
Qualifications
- 5+ anni di esperienza come Incident Manager.
- Esperienza pregressa in IT Operations, preferibilmente con funzione di coordinamento.
- Competenze tecniche approfondite per guidare analisi e risoluzioni.
Responsibilities
- Guida il coordinamento operativo e tecnico per la risoluzione rapida delle problematiche.
- Interviene come Incident Commander per la gestione di incident impattanti.
- Coordina i gruppi tecnici per problem solving e diagnostica.
