- Development and maintenance of software applications for the sales force of the Würth Group
- Collaboration with the development team to design scalable and high-performance solutions
- Implementation of new functionalities and improvement of existing ones (testing, debugging)
- Interaction with the product team to understand business needs
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to analyse, design and develop high quality software solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and spirit of collaboration. Ability to meet challenges with creativity and cooperation, contributing to the success of the team
- Excellent communication and code documentation skills for effective collaboration and ensuring high quality standards
- Experience in using the agile working method
- At least three years of experience in software development
- At least three years of experience in c#, .NET. Thorough knowledge of SQL databases
- Good knowledge of the version control system Git
- Good ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both Italian and English
- Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team
- Involvement in international IT projects within the Würth Group
- Flexible working hours as well as home-office-option (max. 3 days per week)
