Partner with the best

As a Proposals Specialist in the Naples shop or Condé (France) shop you will be responsible for:

  • Developing proposals negotiating with customers and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value.
  • Compiling and submitting tender documentation as required.
  • Handling standardized products with predefined options.
  • Contributing to predefined contracts and working within established pricing frameworks.
  • Managing targeted clients and supporting commercial engagement.
  • Discussing sales approaches and strategy with your manager.
  • Traveling within Europe for approximately 25% of your working time.
  • Being an Ambassador of Manufacturing function supporting on Talent attraction and growth (Internship academies collaboration w/Schoolsor Universities) and being active on Customer oriented initiatives (tour)
