A leading rail technology company in Florence is seeking a TEAM LEADER to coordinate service and retrofit activities for rail vehicles. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Proficiency in Italian and a high school diploma, preferably technical, are required. Formación
- Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably in the railroad industry.
- ANSF certifications to work on train safety organs (preferred).
- Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated TEAM LEADER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Florence - IT.
- Coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.
- Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.
- Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors.
- Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (7/7 h24).
- Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.
- ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).
- High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
- Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
