WHAT DOES OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OFFER YOU?

Our Internship Program is designed for students about to graduate or who have just graduated and are planning to start their careers in Financial Services and Consultancy. Interns will have opportunities to work on real client and business matters, developing strong skills in consulting methodologies, personal branding, and client strategy, which are crucial for career progression at Capco.

WORKING WITH A CAPCO BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU WILL:

• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to analyze and develop business and technical requirements;
• Understand and apply work to the user's journey and target design;
• Recommend areas for change and support the business as changes develop to ensure continuous improvement;
• Participate in developing new market opportunities to expand our business, brand, and global reach.

Candidate Characteristics

Languages: Knowledge of the following languages is required:

• Italian: native speaker
• English: good proficiency (B2-C1)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (or related fields);
• Interest in business, finance, and technology;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in Italian (native level) and English (minimum B2);
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in disciplines such as engineering, economic-statistics, legal studies, or related fields;
• Specific degrees include:
• Law (LMG / 01, 102 / S, 22 / S)
• Information Engineering (L-8, 9)
• Management Engineering (LM-31, 34 / S)
• Legal Sciences (L-14, 2)
• Economics (LM-56, 64 / S)
• Business Economics (L-18, 17)
• Economic Sciences (L-33, 28)
• Actuarial and Financial Statistical Sciences (LM-83, 91 / S)
