• You will report to the Head of Compliance, focusing on tasks related to Anti-Money Laundering and CFT.
• Responsibilities include:
• Verifying the compliance and adequacy of procedures adopted by first-level controls, and identifying remedial actions if needed;
• Managing systems and procedures regarding AML and analyzing applicable sector regulations;
• Maintaining records of high-risk customers and actions taken;
• Conducting second-level AML controls;
• Supporting the preparation of periodic and annual reports;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with good academic credentials;
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in AML or related roles within banks or financial institutions;
• Familiarity with regulations such as D.lgs. 231/2007, IV and V Directive Anti-Money Laundering;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• A positive, optimistic outlook on challenges and understanding of your role’s impact on Credimi and clients;
