WHAT DOES OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OFFER YOU?

Our Internship Program is designed for students who are about to graduate or have just graduated and are planning to start their career in Financial Services and Consultancy. Interns will be provided opportunities to get involved with real-life client and business matters, developing strong skills in consulting methodologies, personal brand development, and client strategy, which are crucial for career progression at Capco.

WORKING WITH A CAPCO PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL :

1. Develop an understanding of our clients’ business challenges and different consultancy approaches to them;
2. Support structured data gathering, research, and analysis to provide relevant recommendations aimed at enhancing current operations;
3. Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops;
4. Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings;
5. Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, Capco brand, and global reach.

Titoli preferenziali - What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (and related fields);
• Interest in business, finance, and technology;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of Italian (mother tongue level) and proficiency in English (B2 minimum);
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
