You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist ourclients in the energy and utilities sector in Energy Transiction Projects(ie. Energy Communities, shift to renewable energy).You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Governanceof the business process mapping and re-engineering project
• Organisational analysis and design
• Projectand changemanagement

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• A master’s degree inEnergy Engineering
• Passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience inEnergy projectsin a consulting company and/or an energy company
• Knowledge ofEnergy market, regulatory framework and processes
• An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
