Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial / business controlling and a strong focus on topline analysis , business partnering , and strategic support to commercial teams .
This role sits at the intersection of finance and business, providing insights that help shape our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to sales, marketing, and product teams
- Monitor and analyze revenue, pricing, and margin performance
- Develop and maintain Dashboards and reports to track business KPIs
- Support Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Planning processes
- Deliver insights on customer, product, and channel profitability
- Assist with the preparation of business cases for new initiatives
- Provide financial input in cross-functional meetings and decision-making
- Help improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and systems
- Ensure financial alignment across business units
