For a leading international manufacturing company, we are currently seeking a Head of FP&A to join the Group Headquarters based in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

The Candidate will be part of the Finance Team, playing a key role as Head of FP&A. She/He will be in charge of the following activities:

• Month‑end closing, business plan, budget and forecasts reporting (consolidation of P&L and Cash Flow figures and submission to headquarter)
• Elaboration of the financial results for top management, providing timely and consistent reports
• Manage the relationship with controllers and departments for data collecting and validation – support the improvements of all reporting steps with smart and critical thinking
• Point of contact with headquarter for all FP&A topics
• Internal and external auditors support with reference to reporting matters/data

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge and Powerpoint is mandatory
• Previous experience in a multinational Company as a controller or in a Big 4
• English at an advanced level (B2)
• Good knowledge of IFRS – SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
