HR Researcher and Senior HR Operations Specialist at Praxi / Praxi Alliance Worldwide Executive Search

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, the role oversees group accounting activities and their compliance across seven international entities.

1. Coordinate a team of 5 professionals in Italy, France, and Spain, including managing third-party/external providers;
2. Oversee accounting and compliance across 7 countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, Australia, New Zealand), ensuring full compliance with local tax and statutory requirements;
3. Ensure the integrity of the general ledger across all group entities, with timely and accurate reviews;
4. Supervise accounting and compliance operations in France, Italy, USA, and Germany, with support extending to Spain, Australia, and New Zealand;
5. Coordinate the monthly close process, including submissions to the group reporting tool and consolidated financial reporting;
6. Lead IFRS reporting and manage adjustments to comply with local GAAP standards;
7. Manage standard costing and transfer pricing, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic decisions;
8. Drive internal and external audit processes, focusing on timely resolution of issues;
9. Act as a governance partner responsible for data protection, anti-bribery compliance, legal documentation, and policy harmonization across the group.

• Qualified accountant with extensive experience in manufacturing multinational companies within the B2B industrial sector;
• Experience managing operations across multiple countries;
• Knowledge of IFRS, Italian GAAP, and strong control environment experience;
• Straightforward communication style;
• Leadership skills to guide an international team;
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Experience with ERP implementation projects;
• Degree in Business Administration and Finance or related fields;
• Proficiency with standard work tools, mobile, ticket restaurant, laptop;
• Experience in smart working environments;
• Experience in international settings and coaching teams;
• Potential for growth at an international level;
• Appreciation for a culture respecting individuals and DEI principles.

Salary based on seniority and potential, approximately 55K€-65K€ at the “Quadro” level.

The client is part of a large multinational in the Health & Nutrition Ingredients division, operating with autonomy in core processes, focused on developing scientifically supported active ingredients for dietary supplements.
