- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- Relevant sales experience in financial and banking institutions, especially within the SME / Corporate sector;
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and the banking market;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis;
- Exceptional relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills;
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
- A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships;
- A customer-centric attitude with a knack for solving challenges, problems, and opportunities with finesse;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
