IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for two Research Technicians to join the Laboratory of Liver Gene Therapy at the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (SR-Tiget).

Main activities : Profile A :

• mouse work (mice handling, in vivo treatments, organs isolation and analysis);
• cell culture (cell lines, primary cells);
• multiparametric flow cytometry;
• molecular biology, biochemistry (PCR, cloning, ELISA, western blots);

training of new lab members.

Profile B :

• cell culture (cell lines, primary cells);
• molecular biology, biochemistry (PCR, cloning, ELISA, western blots);
• flow cytometry, histology;
• production of recombinant lentiviral vectors;

training of new lab members.

Who we are looking for :

• biomedical degree (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) with previous lab experience;
• mouse experience (for profile A);
• cell culture and molecular biology experience (for profile B);
• high accuracy, reliability, precision;
• high motivation to work in an international environment;
• excellent organization skills;
• friendly, collaborative, pro-active mindset;
