Objectives:

• Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
• Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
• Provide offers and quotes to customers.
• Report to the Sales Director Europe.

Main Activities:

• Define sales strategies for various products.
• Gather information for sale contracts.
• Coordinate with technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
• Negotiate sale terms with management.
• Manage customer rates and records.
• Issue material samples and test requests.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
• Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes.
• Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams.
• Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
• Report on sales activities and customer interactions.

Your profile:

• Skilled in sales and negotiation techniques.
• Knowledgeable about company's products and advantages.
• Experienced in plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with a successful account management record.
• Analytical with market adaptability.
• Decisive, problem-solver.
• Excellent communicator across departments.
• Good time management and self-motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
