Job Description:
Objectives:
  • Negotiate with predefined customers and prospect new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company's management.
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
  • Deliver offers/quotes to existing and prospective customers.
  • Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
  • Define sales strategies for various products.
  • Gather necessary information for sale contracts.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
  • Negotiate sale terms with management's approval.
  • Manage customer rates and records.
  • Issue material samples and test requests.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
  • Manage customer risks and disruptions.
  • Serve as interface between customers and internal departments.
  • Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
  • Report on sales activities and customer status.
