Objectives:
- Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new customers in Italy, collaborating closely with management.
- Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
- Deliver offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
- Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
- Define sales strategies for various products.
- Gather information for sale contracts.
- Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Seek new business opportunities, focusing on replacing Polyamide compounds.
- Negotiate sales terms with management.
- Manage customer rates and records.
- Issue material samples and test requests.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure contracts and sales volumes are followed.
- Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes.
- Serve as interface between customers and internal teams.
- Assist with tests, complaints, and disputes.
- Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress.
Your profile:
- Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Deep understanding of company's products and technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management experience.
- Analytical and adaptable to market changes.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and self-motivation.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
