This role involves collaborating with management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Descrizione del lavoro

Objectives:

  • Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, collaborating closely with the company's management.
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
  • Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
  • Report to the Sales Director Europe.

Main Activities:

  • Develop sales strategies for the company's products.
  • Gather information necessary for preparing sales contracts.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
  • Seek new business opportunities, especially regarding Polyamide compounds.
  • Negotiate sales terms with management's approval.
  • Manage customer rates and records.
  • Coordinate sample and test requests for the laboratory.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure contracts and sales volumes are properly managed.
  • Identify and manage customer and financial risks, as well as delivery issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
  • Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
  • Report on sales activities and customer interactions during meetings.

  • Experience in the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management.
  • Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
