A well-known consulting firm seeks a WW Export Manager for a leading company in the orthopedic prosthetics sector in Milan. The successful candidate will coordinate global sales activities, manage a team, and foster client relationships while being available for travel. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of prosthetic products, fluent English and Spanish skills, and excellent communication capabilities. This is a full-time role with a flexible working environment. Salary ranges between €60k and €70k, with performance bonuses.

Competenze

  • Excellent technical knowledge of hip and knee prosthetic products.
  • Experience dealing with specialized surgeons, from product presentation to assistance in the operating room.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Availability to travel regularly (approximately two trips per month).

Mansioni

  • Manage and coordinate the WW sales representative team and the Customer Service Team.
  • Create, maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.

Tintinelli & CO, a strategic consulting firm, on behalf of its client—a well‑known Italian company specializing in orthopedic prosthetics located in Milan—seeks a WW Export Manager.

WW EXPORT MANAGER

The successful candidate will coordinate and develop sales activities in foreign markets, reporting directly to sales management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the WW sales representative team (3 FTE) and the Customer Service Team (4 FTE).
  • Create, maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, including key accounts currently managed directly by the company.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop new market prospects.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, building an effective KPI system.
  • Define and manage the commercial budget.

  • Excellent technical knowledge of hip and knee prosthetic products.
  • Experience dealing with specialized surgeons, from product presentation to assistance in the operating room.

Work location and remote working
