A leading insurance firm seeks a GC&CI Underwriting Governance Specialist based in Milan or Rome. The role involves assisting in underwriting compliance, providing governance reporting, and acting as a reference for audit functions. Candidates should hold a degree in Law or Economics and have at least five years of relevant experience. Fluent English and teamwork skills are essential. This is an entry-level full-time position suited for those with a strong communication and organizational background.

Competenze

• At least five years of previous experience as compliance or underwriting governance specialist in P&C Insurance environment.
• Tangible familiarity with the Corporate and Commercial segment.

Mansioni

• Assist and support GC&CI’s Lobs in performing the underwriting activities in compliance with regulations.
• Provide, manage and analyse the required compliance and governance reporting activities.
• Be a proactive GC&CI Underwriting’s reference for Compliance, Audit and Governance functions.

Conoscenze

Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Strong ability to work in team

Excellent communication and relationship skills

Excellent organization and time management

Good command of main IT packages (Office, MS Teams, Co-pilot)

Formazione

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or Economics
