Una società tecnologica globale cerca un Validation Engineer a Pistoia. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nell'industria ferroviaria, conoscenze in sistemi di misurazione e capacità di lavorare in team diversificati. La posizione richiede anche la capacità di gestire attività di validazione e un'efficace comunicazione. È necessaria una Laurea Magistrale in ingegneria e fluency in inglese. • Almeno una esperienza nelle industrie ferroviarie e nelle attività di test.
• Fluente in inglese.

Mansioni

• Definire procedure di test e gestire attività di validazione su veicoli.
• Assicurare interfaccia con il team di progettazione e altre funzioni.
• Consegnare il rapporto di validazione.
• Garantire la consegna dei veicoli in conformità con i requisiti del cliente.

Conoscenze

Esperienza nelle industrie ferroviarie

Conoscenza dei sistemi di strumentazione e misurazione

Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente internazionale

Competenze nel sistema operativo Microsoft Windows e Pack Office

Conoscenza dei modelli Cycle V

Disponibilità a viaggiare in tutto il mondo

Competenze comunicative e interpersonali forti

Formazione

Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica / Automazione / Elettronica / Meccanica o equivalente

Hitachi Rail is looking for a self‑motivated Validation Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from technical to management. The position is based in Pistoia - IT.

Accountabilities

• Guarantee the definition of Routine and Type Test Procedures, Test Plan and Test program and the implementation and the management of validation activities on the vehicles according to Engineering, Homologation, and company processes, guidelines and international standards.
• Ensure interface with Design Engineering project team, manufacturing, RAMS and Safety team.
• Ensure delivery of the Validation report.
• Ensure delivery of vehicles in compliance with Customer requirements, in accordance with project schedule.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in Railway industries and / or testing activities.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement system.
• Eager to work in an international environment.
• Skills in Microsoft Windows operating system and Pack Office.
• Knowledge of Cycle V models.
• Availability to travel worldwide and work in night shifts.
• Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Education

• Master's Degree in Electrical / Automation / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Technical Background.

Languages

Fluent in English.
