Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in two‑wheelers or light vehicles, able to combine hands‑on technical skills with project management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will oversee product development from concept to production, coordinating design, engineering, prototyping, and supplier activities while ensuring project milestones, cost targets, and quality standards are met.

This is a hybrid role: you will actively contribute to technical problem‑solving while managing project delivery, working closely with designers, engineers, and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end development of two‑wheelers and light vehicles, from concept and prototyping through industrialization and production launch;
  • Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure program objectives for cost, timing, quality, and feasibility are met;
  • Contribute hands‑on to technical problem‑solving, design validation and testing activities;
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and KPI tracking while maintaining program documentation;
  • Interface with internal teams and external partners to align technical specifications, supplier deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in vehicle development (two‑wheelers, light vehicles, or automotive);
  • Technical background in mechanical engineering, automotive, or mobility systems;
  • Experience in prototype‑to‑production cycles, supplier coordination, and industrialization;
  • Knowledge of program/project management principles: planning, risk management, KPI tracking;
