An international company operating in the security, life‑safety and integrated technology systems sector, active in the development of advanced solutions for the corporate and industrial markets, is seeking a Technical Director to join its Italian organization on a permanent basis.

The role will act as Technical Delegate for Italy, reporting directly to the International Technical Management, and will be responsible for technical governance, regulatory compliance, and the structured development of the Italian subsidiary’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility and delegation for Italy: Acting as Technical Manager/Technical Delegate, ensuring alignment with the Group’s international standards
• Definition and governance of technical processes: Implementation and consolidation of operational, technical and quality control procedures for the Italian subsidiary
• Certifications and regulatory compliance: Management and maintenance of certifications (ISO standards, Italian regulations, and sector‑specific security and life‑safety requirements)
• Coordination of resources and suppliers: Supervision of internal technical teams and external partners, ensuring quality, timelines and regulatory compliance
• Italian regulatory compliance: Ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, video surveillance, electronic security, life‑safety)
• Business development support: Collaboration with commercial and operational functions to define the technical offering and support strategic projects
• International interface: Acting as a stable technical liaison between the Italian subsidiary and International Headquarters

Required Qualifications

• Educational background: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines
• Professional experience: Solid senior‑level experience in technical leadership roles within the security, life‑safety or integrated systems sectors
• Regulatory expertise: Strong knowledge of the Italian regulatory framework and international best practices
• Organizational experience: Proven ability to structure and manage complex technical functions
