The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in HR, strong analytical and project management skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. Competenze

• At least 7 years experience in a HR role, preferably in recruiting/talent development.
• Strong analytical skills essential for assessing HR programs.
• Project management experience is a plus.
