A caring support organization is seeking support workers in Tuscany, Italy, to assist clients in their homes. Applicants must have experience in home-based, community, or disability support, along with an L3/L4 health qualification. As a support worker, you will provide assistance to clients recovering from illness or needing companionship, fostering a positive relationship with them. The position requires owning a car and having a full driver's license, with part-time hours available.

Seeking support workers to provide supports to clients throughout Bluff.

Florence Nightingale Agency provides care and support to people in need. Our clients live with a wide range of challenges through to achieving amazing accomplishments! Our clients need supports because they are unwell, recovering from an injury or just needing a bit more help. Sometimes they need a companion or ’their person’ to help them live their life and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Support worker with home‑based / community / disability support experience.
• Own car and full driver’s licence.
• Desire to give back/care for others.
• L3/L4 health qualification – essential.
• Without a health qualification, application may not be considered.
• Location within 15km.

Work Shifts

• 1 hour shifts
• Full day hours
• Part time hours

Depending on the needs of the clients, in and around the Bluff area. We try to match clients and staff for a great positive relationship. The areas we are looking at are Bluff and surrounding towns.
