The successful candidate will drive procurement strategies, enhance supply chain efficiency, and manage supplier relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in project management or procurement. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. This is a fixed-term contract position ending on 21st February 2026.

Supply Project Specialist – Fix Term Contract

Are you a Procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, this opportunity as Supply Project Specialist could be just the right role for you to explore.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Project Specialist – Third Party Materials to play a key role in driving our procurement strategy forward. In this role, you will contribute to data-driven decision making, lead tendering activities, and support supplier project implementation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Your key responsibility will be:

• Identify new supply opportunities and collaborate with internal departments to ensure new suppliers and materials introductions are performed in timely manner.
• Support strategic procurement projects execution, such as supplier introduction, derisking and business continuity (for new raw and packaging materials), cost reduction initiatives.
• Project NPI/Transfer procurement support (evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices)
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant legal and ethical standards
• Track procurement KPIs (e.g. cost saving)
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, projects and process improvement.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality or pricing.
• Support Third Party Risk Management process.
• Support indirect spending initiatives.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degrees in Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Experience required 2-5 years in project management and or procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application and SAP system
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Italian language required
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Procurement experience in direct materials, packaging and raw materials
• Good understanding of financial principles and reporting
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
