Product Service Organization supports Gas Technology Business in all the installed fleet activities related to operation and maintenance for our installed base.

The Strategy Deployment Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational excellence for customers. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement transformational programs that align with our business objectives and ensure successful execution. Additionally, you will lead problem‑solving activities as well as coach others in using problem‑solving methodologies.

As a Strategy Deployment Program Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning and execution of complex cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Organizing workshops aimed to map current processes and identify areas of improvement by applying Lean methodologies.
  • Designing and implementing KPI, bowler charts and data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate program status and updates to team leader and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Acting as an advocate for the IET Business System by learning, communicating, and coaching others on the key principles, operating framework, and mechanisms.
  • Identifying and addressing complex issues by utilizing problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Providing coaching in defining problem statements, conducting data‑driven Root Cause Analysis, and implementing effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Supporting the Governance of the Daily Kaizen and Value stream Kaizen effectiveness & sustainability review.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Have a BSc. In Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Have proven experience in driving transformational programs and have excellent project management skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interacting with senior leadership.
  • Be Proficient in Italian and English.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and strong problem‑solving abilities, knowledge and experience.
  • Be Capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Be able to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.
