Job Title: STRATEGIC INSIGHT PROJECT MANAGER

Mission

We are looking for a Strategic Insights Project Manager to become the reference point for market data analysis, trend identification, and support the definition of Vibram strategic long term plan. This analytical professional will play a key role in gathering, interpreting, and communicating market data and trends to drive business decisions and innovation pipeline to anticipate market needs and support the company’s growth.

The role will be based in Albizzate (Varese) and report into Vibram EMEA Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Support for Vibram Long-Term Strategic Plan, in tight collaboration with our external consultant company and with internal stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of the company’s long-term strategic plan
• Check execution of the strategic plan and ensure key data sources are updated to monitor customer behavior, market trends, and brand performance
• Contribute to Vibram innovation pipeline and portfolio management, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Prod Dev, Sales)
• Support management in shaping strategic roadmaps based on analytical findings.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience in processing and interpreting data and ability to turn data and trends into actionable business strategies
• Proven experience in managing strategic projects, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• A collaborative approach to coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Present analyses and recommendations clearly and persuasively, tailoring content to the audience
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in analytical, business intelligence, or strategic management roles.
• Experiences in Consultancy company is a strong plus.
• Languages : Italian and English.

Offer

Direct hiring; fixed term contract (12 months)
