The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management or a related field, strong skills in employee branding, and a background in multi-cultural environments. The role involves managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations in a dynamic setting.

Competenze

• 7-10 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Understanding of local employment/labor laws.
• Experience in a multicultural, multinational environment.

• Manage all Human Resources Management activities for the Italian subsidiary.
